So I can get a good sound out of 2 & 9 D, but only after sucking for a little while. It's not an imediate sound, so if I try to play something when I get to those wholes I have to wait a count before I hear them. Also when I tongue those notes the same thing happens, so I miss a tone of beats and get frustrated.I've found I can get a more immediate sound if I breath through my nose and harp at the same time. Is that cycle breathing?
More importantly how can I get the sound immediately?
I practice my breathing every session and I hit all other notes very well, and even 2&9 but after like 3 seconds.
Does it have to do with the shape or tension of my jaw behind the harp? I can bend notes in a controlled fashion, so I am conciouse of what my mouth is doing and can change it?
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks
