Rick,To begin with, put your tone settings (EQ: High, Mid, Low) each at around 5. You may have to drop the High down a bit and possibly the Mid. Don't point the mic directly into the speaker. If you have reverb, don't use too much or leave it off. If you have a channel volume and master volume, keep the channel volume around 1 or 2 and increase the master volume. Stand back as far as you can, you may need to pick up a longer cord. Don't be surprised if based on the size of room you are in that you can't get much past 3 regardless of what you do. Try a larger space.
