The key of diatonic harmonica is completely irrelevant unless you are playing along with music. If you are just playing the harmonica solo, the melody will be precisely the same on any key diatonic since all diatonic harmonicas are laid out in the same way which is called the Richter tuning.
Take your "Bb" when you go to a game (I'm assuming they play it in that key), but otherwise any key will play the melody fine—just follow the same number and hole pattern.

Unless you have perfect pitch and have always heard the song in Bb or you are trying to make the key of Bb work on one of these other key diatonics (i.e. 11th Position on a key of "C"), this is not possible.
