Mic connector repair

Seeking assistance on modifying a Astaic T-3 microphone. I want to replace the connector to a 5/8" Amphenol type connector. The old 250 Switchcraft type connectors seen on most Astaic JT 30's. Any help with this would be greatly appeciated.
