"Shanty Jonathan Edwards"
 
   only been playing for about 6 months and trying to learn some more advanced stuff , can anyone supply me with the tabs for "Shanty"?

I don't have the tab, but if you find a sound file for it at Youtube or iTunes or Amazon.com, paste the link here, and I will tell you the key of the song.

   The band that I am with plays "Shanty" in the key of A. So, I use a "D" harp. Dave...how do I attach a sound file to this message?
I can send you "Shanty" as an Mp3 in the key that we play it in... but I don't know how to do it.

Al,

It's a nice gesture, but I don't see why you'd need to upload an audio file. If you type up and post the tablature to what you are playing up here, that would be great.

It's a key of "C" diatonic played in 2nd Position in the key of "G".
