famous blues riff

I've recently bought a harmonica, I play guitar, but specialise in bass and piano, I'm quite musical and I chose to learn to play the harmonica because of the range of emotions it can draw from a person.

Anyway, there's a famous riff that I really want to play. I think it's in 12 bar blues. This is gonna be so lame, but here's my description; it goes kinda like "Da naa na na na"... ok, laugh at me. A friend of mine can play it on guitar but my harp's in E and isn't chromatic so we don't know how to translate it. I can fit lyrics into it like this...
"Da naa na na na, I really hate Alun.
Da naa na na na, he really sucks ass,
Da naa na na na, I really hate Alun.
Na naa na na na, because he smokes grass."

Man I suck... anyway, any sort of help would be really apreciated.
