Gary Primich is Austin-based, I think. He is an excellent prof. harp-player, with a number of great CDs out, regularly on tour as well. Dont' know if he gives lessons, but you could always e-mail him. Look up his name on Google.com search engine and you'll find his web site. E-mail him and ask him! If Austin is too far away, he prob. knows other excellent harp players closer to you that he could recommend.
