The 'keys' of the third position? There are no 'keys'. The third position is 2 steps up from the key of the song, as compared to the second position, which is 4 steps up.

For example: song in key of A; harp in second position (cross position) means 4 keys up, or A-B-C-D. harp in third position means 2 keyps up, or A-B-C.

This is also a position popular on chromatic harmonica, because you can play a 'bluesy' sounding accompanyment or solo withOUT using the slide.

You may have meant 'steps' up in your question, rather than 'keys' up.
