Listen to the sounds files of a good bend and a "bad" bend in the bending section. The bad bend would be your "fake" bend where the note doesn't change change much. Keep playing with it and the bending section, there isn't another way without finding a teacher and hiring them.

: In the one-liner comments on this site, it says that Bob Dylan, Neil Young, etc... "fake" bends when playing. Does it mean they rotate their mouth down on the stand?

: I've seen Dylan play some, and I've never seen him move his mouth vertically (although I'm not keen enough to even recognize a bent note)

: So, what I'm asking is - how do I do like them? all I care about...real bending is frustrating me :)
