I'm not familiar with that particular harp but am assuming that it is a relatively inexpensive one.
Generally a Special 20 or similar priced Hohner or a Lee Oskar Will come out of the box reasonably well tuned and stay that way for many hours of full tilt playing. With less expensive brands this is less likely to be the case.
That said, I've had cheap harps that played well for a long time, and Hohners that have gone bad with less than an hour of playing. These are exceptions to the rule, however.
